The third year is an opportunity to take what you have learned in the first two years and make it increasingly your own.
We will continue practicing BASICS while exploring what becomes possible as your ability to notice, hold, and work with energy develops. Rather than moving away from the foundations, we will return to them again and again, discovering greater subtlety and depth as your experience grows.
An important part of this year is learning to trust yourself. As perception becomes more refined, discernment becomes increasingly important: What are you actually noticing? What belongs to you? What might be coming from somewhere else? What happens when you stay connected to your body while opening to more information?
The goal is not simply to perceive more. It is to become increasingly skillful at knowing what you perceive, working with it responsibly, and remaining connected to yourself in the process.
Deepening the Practice
Third year gives you more room to practice, experiment, and follow your curiosity.
We will deepen our work with the BASICS, returning to familiar practices with more experienced bodies and greater awareness. We will explore additional dimensions of the 20-Counts, including new Counts and walking the Counts, and expand the ways you can use them as practical energetic tools.
We will also work more deeply with energetic containers and resources—learning how to create structures of support for yourself, your work, your relationships, your intentions, and other areas of your life. Ceremony will continue to be part of our work together, including a Time Cell activation ceremony, as well as other practices that allow you to learn through direct experience.
Throughout the year, we will pay particular attention to the relationship between expansion and embodiment. As your energetic capacity grows, we will continue tracking the body and deepening your BASICS practice. Staying connected to yourself provides an important foundation for discernment as you explore increasingly subtle experiences.
What We'll Explore
During the year, our work will include:
-
Deepening your BASICS practice as your awareness expands
-
Refining your ability to distinguish among different kinds of energetic information
-
Developing greater trust in what you perceive and know
-
Exploring new 20-Counts and walking the Counts
-
Expanding your understanding and use of the 20-Counts
-
Creating and refining energetic containers for support, intention, and change
-
Working with resources and learning to reach for support more readily
-
Strengthening your ability to stay connected to yourself while engaging with other people, environments, and energetic fields
-
Using ceremony as a way of experiencing, integrating, and marking change
-
Bringing what you learn into the ordinary circumstances of your life
There will be teaching and discussion, but much of our time together will be spent doing the work—practicing, noticing what happens, sharing what we discover, and learning from one another.
The Class Field
As in the first two years, our work takes place within the energetic matrix of the class.
Over the course of the year, we will intentionally tend this shared field as a source of continuity and support. Each person brings their own intentions and process to the group, while also participating in something we are creating together.
The matrix allows the work of the class to extend beyond the hours we spend together. Experiences that arise between meetings can become part of what you notice, explore, and learn from when you return.

Commitment
Third Year Energy Class is for students who have completed the first two years of Energy Class and want to continue developing their practice.
It is for people who want more time to practice, more opportunity to explore, and support in developing greater confidence and discernment in working with energy.
This is a year of deepening rather than rushing forward—strengthening what you already know while making room for capacities and understandings that may only become available through continued practice.
Consistent participation is important because each person contributes to the class field and to the learning that happens within the group.
